We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the account settings.
In no event shall DealDragon, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Important: DealDragon aggregates deals and coupons from various retailers and service providers. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the availability, validity, or accuracy of all deals listed in our application. Users should verify deal details directly with the retailer before making purchases.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

DealDragon offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as described during the subscription process.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew. You authorize us to collect the then-applicable subscription fee using any payment method we have on record for you.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or for periods where the Service was not used. Refund requests for annual subscriptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
